We closed on our place back in July, and looking back, Will made what could have been a really stressful process feel manageable. The thing I appreciated most: he never once pressured us to put in an offer. When we were weighing numbers, he'd steer the conversation away from "can you get this offer accepted" toward "will you actually be comfortable making this payment years from now, with everything life throws at you." That's not a sales pitch, and it stuck with us. He was also incredibly responsive. Any time we wanted to see a place, he found a slot almost immediately, never made us wait days. We were coming from an apartment in Massachusetts and had never dealt with a private well, a septic system, or a pool before, so we had a lot of questions. I observed that he knew both the houses themselves and the legal side of things. The negotiation is where he really earned it. Our first offer came back with no counter at all, and then suddenly there were competing offers in the mix. He kept us level-headed and kept us in the loop the whole way. He even reduced his own commission and hunted for other angles to make our offer stronger, he genuinely wanted us to get this house. We ended up well under asking, and it appraised for more than asking price. We also had a tight 7-day inspection window and when the water test came back with issues, he helped us get a good credit from the sellers. A couple of months in and we're really happy here. If you're buying in southern NH, especially if it's your first time dealing with well and septic, we'd recommend him in a heartbeat.
